All sales are final, please make sure you inspect your items carefully prior to purchasing.  These are used Home furnishings are do have imperfections.    If you are a consignor and have money in your account, you may use it towards any purchases in the store.  It cannot be used between the three locations.
All items have a 4% buyers fee included in the sale price.

SIGNOUT POLICY

You may sign out an item and take it home to see if it will work.  We preauthorize a credit card for the full amount including tax.  You may keep the item until half hour before closing or if it is after 3 pm you have until 12 noon the next day.  If it has not been returned your credit card will be charged.  You cannot sign out any merchandise  overnight that is going to mark down the next day unless you want to pay the higher price.

PICKING UP YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

After making a purchase you have 3 days to remove the item/s or you will be charged $5.00 per day per item for storage. 

Bring help to load your merchandise if you choose not to have it delivered.  Our staff do not load or unload.

We do have Delivery available, the price is based on where you live, if there are stairs etc.  Make sure your item will fit.  If our drivers arrive and it doesn't fit, it will be left curbside or in garage.

Make sure your room is ready to receive the item.  We don't rearrange furniture or remove furniture unless it is a prearranged pick up for Treasures.

ON HOLD POLICY

If you see an item you like you may put it on hold until half hour before closing, if it is after 3 pm you can put it on hold overnight until 12 noon the next day. If an item is going down in price tomorrow it cannot be placed on hold the night before.
