FAQ

Who sets the prices for my item/s?
The staff at Treasures price all items and are trained to rely on past and present experience to determine a fair value.

Do you call me when my item has sold?
We do not call when your item has sold. We have three locations and over 5000 consignors it would be impossible.  The best way to monitor your account is to log into www.myresaleweb.com.  There you look for the store where your items are located, enter your consignor number assigned at the store, enter your last name as it appears on your contract. 

How do I get paid?
We mail checks to out of county consignors on the 15th of every month following the sale of the items.  Consignors who live in Eagle or Summit counties can pick up their checks at the store where there items are consigned the 15th of each month, for all sales during the previous month.

How do I know when my consignment time period is up?
The dates are clearly printed on your contract.  Pay attention to the pick up date or your items will be slated for donation or sold at Treasures sole discretion (they will be considered abandoned).  If they are sold after the end date of the contract you will not receive any money.  If we pick up your items or you have someone drop the items off for you, it is your responsibility to come to the store within 24 hours to sign and pickup your contract.  Items left without a signed contract will be put on the floor for sale, and will be priced by Treasures staff to the best of their ability.
