Lynne Schleper, is a Certified Personal Property Appraiser and Auctioneer. Appraisals for Estates, Divorce, Insurance, Bankruptcy, Salvage, Loan/Collateral, Charity and Casualty can be booked. Lynne is a member of the CAGA (Certified Appraisers Guild of America) and a graduate of the Missouri Auction School. She has 12 years of appraisal experience. In Addition she is a Associate Broker with Prudential Colorado Properties, and a Registered Nurse of 30 years.

Appraisals can be booked by calling Lynne at 970-331-9014. Rates are charged by the job or the hour. Lynne will be happy to discuss your options. Letter of engagement for services must be signed prior to appraisal being conducted. You will receive an appraisal report after Lynne has inspected and appraised all items in person. We do not appraise from photographs.
